Living Your Last Years

This website was developed by a group of professionals focused on improving the state of healthcare in Maine.  After this group met in the Hanley Health Leadership Development program in the fall of 2015, they formed to focus on issues around end of life care.  They strongly believe the first step to improving end of life care is to start talking about it. This website offers a toolkit for you, your loved ones or someone you care for.
