Our Mission

Harrington Family Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center, is a patient-centered practice that has continued to provide high quality, cost effective primary health care to the people of Washington County, Maine since 1984. This includes medical, dental, podiatry and behavioral health care services . Our goal as a community based health care center is to provide all our patients with the very best affordable, accessible, and highest quality of comprehensive medical, dental, and behavioral health care.

Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 7:30 AM — 7:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

In 2017, HFHC will be closed on the following dates:

Jan. 1st for New Year’s Day
Feb. 20th for President’s Day
May 29th for Memorial Day
July 4th for Independence Day
Sept. 4th for Labor Day
Nov. 23th for Thanksgiving
Dec. 25th for Christmas

Patient Portal

We are pleased to provide you direct access to your health information through our Patient Portal. A Patient Portal is an interactive tool to keep you engaged about your care. This new tool allows patients to read and print registration forms, access your health data including recent lab results, send secure messages, update billing and personal information, and schedule or cancel appointments, even after business hours. The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) ACO Accreditation has evaluated HFHC’s ability to deliver coordinated, patient centered care and determined the Center to be accountable for improving clinical quality, enhancing patient experience and reducing cost. HFHC has achieved NCQA ACO Accreditation Level II. HFHC is determined and motivated to improve quality, reduce costs, and coordinate integrated patient care across our Medical, Dental, and Mental Health Departments.
